The Super Sunday panel of Roy Keane, Gary Neville, Micah Richards and Jamie Redknapp discuss what changes Manchester City need to make to challenge for the Premier League title next season.

  1. The vid title poses a pointless question, city have had injuries to key players, but are still second several points clear, only Liverpool doing so well has kept them there, it's a fake crisis for a fake team!

  2. maybe do a bit more cheating in the financial side of the game, get their billionaire owners to sponsor their wives as cheerleaders to bring in another 200 million, clubs like this make English football a circus its like watching Arabs play fifa on playstation, in fact that's exactly what it is.

  3. Give them a break. They just need to rest one season. But it’s definitely challenging to replace David Silva, kompany and aguero

  4. Kompany is missed, not only on the pitch. If he wasn’t injury prone I think he would have been one of the best defenders of all time.

For next season, just get Haaland. Aguero is getting older. And one good central defender will do the trick. Oh Yeah, And don’t lose KDB. No matter what. Luckily he hates Courtois, otherwise I could see him going to Real.

  5. They need more hunger, they need to get rid of players that have no drive or ambition and go for young hungry players still trying to prove themselves

  6. I was shocked when City went into the season with just 3 established CBs in Stones, Laporte and Otamendi. Stones always seems a more improved version of Phil Jones, Laporte has been injured the whole season and Otamendi is just not as good as Kompany or Puyol. City needs to invest big time in buying a CB.

  7. Who cares man. Pep needs to start using defenders in the correct position. No point having a defender on the bench and a midfielder starting in defence. There’s ya ducking problem.
Also rotating players on form. Why put them on the bench. Zero logic. Deserves losses with those tactics.

  8. A centerback? There is this kid at Juventus that is not even starting there. He is a technical footballing chap. But at Juventus they use him wrong. Because defenders at Juventus are only there to defend. Build up play are words that sound ugly for a centerback over there. Man City under the Spanish guy is based on football. They should get him. If they are allowed under financial fair play…
What is that kids name again?

  9. City were spineless in that game, very unlike them. Obvs KDB not playing was huge but Gundogan and Silva have enough creativity between them to compensate… Foden was unfortunate to be put on the right, clearly came back to life when he moved to midfield, which brings the question- why did Mahrez not start? Also Raheem who??? 😂

  10. In everything that we do there's a thing call time and that's, what's happening to city . If you want to believe it or not there or a good set of players but needs refreshing that city team.

  11. We need to play Garcia more, he may be young but he already is more accomplished than otamendi and stones in that role, and certainly more game time will help him too, hes good with a ball at his feet and his reading of the game is awesome. Him and laporte would be an ideal pairing.

  12. pep at city for 4 years, bought many players, built his team – "how much more do city have to spend to win again?"

mourinho at spurs for 3 months, had 1 window, bought 2 players, 1 a prospect and 1 now injured, 4 of his most important players injured, team in need of a rebuild, still took them from a relegation fight to top 4 contenders – "have spurs and mourinho lost their philosophy?"

  13. You give Gary neville 300 million he could be guardiola. Look at mourinho too. As soon as they get found out. Mince

  14. If the charges are upheld and evidence is proven, then City should lose their domestic titles for past few years, because their fiddling the books affected the premier league as well as UEFA competitions. If I pilfer a bunch of stuff from the shop and get caught, do I just get a fine but can still keep the loot? No. Neither should City. They should lose any prizes they won unfairly. If I nicked stuff off the back of several lorries, but got caught at one of them, do I just get punished for that one, or for every lorry I am proven to have pilfered from? Every one of course. Same with City. UEFA charged them, but that is not the only organization that should be calling them to account. The Premier League should not be turning a blind eye to this. p.s. Has the Sheik been greasing palms with his billions in England, so his financial foul play will go under the radar? It would not surprise me one bit if the sheik was lobbying football officials using cold hard cash, i.e., massive corruption. That could be an even bigger story and take lots more people down in football than just Bertie bosses.

  15. Little tweaks? They need two CBs to replace Stones and Otamend and they still need at least 1 fullback. So yeah a little tweak to the tune of 250-300 million pounds.

  16. Ole is judged on his results with a paper thin squad deviated by injury and he gets no sympathy. Pep has an entire 2nd eleven he can count on but he gets no criticism. He not good enough to coach them better?

    Come off it!

  17. City here – Roy Keane is spot on there plus that Utd defence is awsome – shipped only two goals last ten games!! Utd won't lose many and City might be back to winning ways against lesser defences!!
